  Glued to the pages! I’ve introduced books to my kids since they were toddlers. Even before they could read, they would watch the pictures and mimic our reactions during storytime. It’s surprising how much they understand and remember! Then when they’re starting to talk, they try their best to tell stories—even if it sounds like a jumble of words to us. That’s okay; it’s all just part of the process of learning to speak. Out Of Comfort Zone: 12 Years, 10,000 Books, and One New Beginning

Decoding, Decimals, and Discovery For the last 12 years, my life has been shaped by educational environments, especially secondary school libraries. As a former Head of Library, I’ve visited many international schools and seen various library management systems that have made our professional lives more diverse. But more importantly, I’ve seen how stories shape people. I’ve decided to step away from the institutional "stacks" to share what I’ve learned on my own terms. Why?
